Upon submission of your Intake Online Application the Applicant will be required to pay a 

Non-Refundable $25 Application Fee by PayPal/Credit Card via our link at the end of this application.

Candidates(CONUS) will be inducted in Atlanta Georgia. International Candidates will be inducted in selected locations based on area.
